The journey has begun, with us going our separate ways. Emotions start setting in, reminiscing the days when we first met and we first embarked on this journey that seemed so long and uncertain 3months ago. Now, curtains drawn, we are about to begin our new life, a new unit. Wonder what surprises there will be ahead of us. One thing for sure, i will miss you guys and hopefully we will stay in contact with one another.

Finally, Graduation Parade! Officially a third sergeant. haha dunno what surprises awaits me in the future in SAF. Hopefully its good huh. Thanks to Zhiyuan and Jiayi for coming down to support me. Haha. Grateful to you guys.

Ytd i went to NTU-UOC pageant contest, think shiyun was pretty awesome on stage, wonder why she didnt win the pageant queen title. Anyways we are proud of you shiyun! Woo way to go. Then i went to meet jiayi and zhiyuan who were at the NBS pageant contest at zirca. Caught up with them and all are busy with school work. Haha suddenly i felt glad that im in army cause i get to slack. But then i still wanna study or perhaps the freedom i get as a civilian.

Ytd i wanted to talk to her but the opportunity just didnt come. To think of it, 1year plus had passed, any chance that we can be friends still?

Went to rebel ytd night with ziko, cadence, trinity, lum and pj. Haha quite havoc there, ziko, tri and i were teasing mingjin inside the club. Haha. Anyway, dad just talked to me bout the financial issues at home, i felt freaking guilty for what i had done. Instead of contributing, im actually making things worse. I needa change my lifestyle habits and i've been giving empty promises months ago, this is for real man. Im seriously in need of a clubbing rehabilitation centre, introduce to me pls? Maybe i can go Hougang Community Club instead huh. cheaper and healthier. Oops lame jokes aside.

Thursday is my big day! It marks the end of my trainee life for the past 7months. Time flies aint it? Zhiyuan and Jiayi are coming woo! Quite disappointed that my parents cant come though.

This week had been hellish. Last sunday was army half marathon, tuesday was footdrills and wednesday was Ex endurance. Holyshit shag man. But endurance was rather fun la, covered around 32km that night till the next morning 6.45am. Quite an accomplishment, my detachment was the first to reach camp, hopefully we win the Best Endurance Team award. Haha. My legs are totally chui now, blisters everywhere. Anyway the worst has come to an end, next week im passing out and im leaving S.I., quite sad though. I gotta start everything all over again, from knowing people, making friends and adapting to the new environment. Hmm hopefully i get a good posting and im getting it next tuesday, damn nervous bout it.

Quite sad that my parents can't come to my Graduation Parade next thursday, nobody would be daunting the rank for me. But there's no choice ain't it? They had to attend my cousin's ROM in the afternoon which the timing clashed with my parade timing. Well i asked shiyun they all whether they wanna come, hopefully they will be able to make it. Today is my platoon's gathering at East Coast Park, think its gonna be fun. Haha gonna booze there too, maybe i might be able to get some info about my posting there. Lets keep it crossed.

New Challenges

This week is gonna be another 4day week cause thursday night i get to book out. Friday is supposedly an off day for those who helped out in PGR earlier on. Nice and Friday would be platoon gathering at East Coast, having BBQ and a boozing session. Haha. And then this sat is Shiyun's Pageant Finals at the attica. Woah! and i will be there to support my pretty best friend. This whole week is jam packed. There will be another last and major exercise for us this coming wednesday which we gotta accomplished before we get our beret. Coolios. After which we have to start preparing for our Graduation Parade. Can't bear to leave S.I. though. But anyways we gotta move on, hopefully to another nicer place. haha.

This morning we had our Army Half Marathon, finished 10km at around 40plus min. Quite an achievement for me since i didnt really train much and i think i added some pounds on. Shit. Gotta go on a diet soon. Yeah and we were all shaq out luckily we get to book in at 11pm tonight and no 5BX tmr morning. Awesome! Haha. Kk i gotta meet Lau Zicong to watch Man United match later on. Have fun!

Woah been a while ever since i blogged but here is a short summary of what happened from the day i last blogged. Im left with 3more weeks to graduation day parade and thats when i become a 3SG officially. Cool, can't wait for the day to arrive as that marks the new chapter of my NS journey. Simply can't wait for 05.11.2010 to arrive. Yesterday i met up with the spastic 5 members haha they all seemed to be busy preparing for school to open and from what i heard from them Uni sounds damn fun. 2m0re years to go before my turn arrives, saddening..

Yesterday i had my first driving lesson too, was damn anxious about it cause thats the first time i'm behind the wheels. Engine got stalled 4times, well guessed that i got a long way to go before i can master the technique of driving well. Oh ya i will be moving to angmokio pretty soon, managed to find a buyer for my house already. Hmm gonna miss hougang quite badly though afterall it is the place where i grew up in. Yup and its sunday and i gotta book in soon. Life sux isn't it? I guess the guys of my age in Singapore would like to agree with that. Anyway, i wanna shout out to all my female friends out there anticipating school to reopen, HAVE FUN! MUG HARD TOO! SEE YOU GIRLS IN 2YEARS if you happened to be in NTU. haha
